Not easy for a lot of basketball players to put on muscle. Most of us are different body types than fb players. As a long time basketball player inlifted hard for six years and could only add 10 pounds or so. Good story I know. Not easy
It is incredibly difficult for taller guys to put on weight, especially compared to the vertically challenged (6 foot or under). Especially for basketball players, because of all the calories they burn when playing (practices, pick-up games, open gyms, etc). For as much as Fran wants to run, I don't think it would be wise for Woodbury to add more than 15 pounds or so anyways.
