Trust me if people like you are on the "decent courses" I would not be caught dead there.

Hence me asking where some good courses are ( little slow on the uptake? :) ) . Yep, I live in hippyville. Its nice, you just never know who you will run into up here. Nice part is they are normal. Where I used to live it was all about status and man that got old. Here a prole like me can sit down and have a beer with a famous musician or a multi millionaire and everybody is normal.

Well I'm always a little slow on the uptake. If you are at 9000 ft you aren't near me....unless you are in estes, and I'm pretty sure that's only about 7500 ft. So you are around Breck or something, or maybe even Steamboat. I've played some of those courses. I suppose you could be down south around Durango. I haven't played any of them.

I hate the idea of trying to start my wife out on a harder course, but then again it has been years for me as well, so I am betting we both stink up the joint. Oh well, I guess we will see how serious our friends are about the game.

What does that have to do with anything? Do you think the people who own bars on colfax live there?
I can tell you I am 100% certain not all of them do, or did.

Ah,no. Once and a great while the wife will make me go down to Westminster to see her family. But I am a firm beleiver in "if your lucky enough to live in the mountains, your lucky enough". So I dont go down the hill very often. To many crazies down there for my taste.
