Iowa will NEVER get THAT much respect from a national perspective over a long period in general. The mindset throughout the country is that if the players and coaches were as good as advertised they would be somewhere else. it was like that in the 80's and it's like that in the 10's. It's what drives the Hawkeyes and provides the motivation.
Like we've been saying for weeks, the biggest issue is going to be being out of routine, the time, etc. But we're experienced enough to deal with it. Hawks 28-17.
