B1G replay - Hitchens was a beast

Man, mich's 2nd drive on 2nd and 2 and hitch steps into a gab, slides right, and nails the runner for a two person deep loss.

of course Hitch made the game saving strip of the ball and recovery.

In between those to points Iowa kept getting leave. And the hawks will pay for their tickets,

He got a helmet sticker from espn. He kinda got overshadowed by that Buckeye LB who had a ridiculous stat line but yeah, Hitchens was a beast.

Man, little Blue has been THAT team all year. Nice of them to be so thoughtful and generous.

We don't get enough credit for our LBs. It has been a strength for years now.

Hitchens has been that way all year. He's a far cry from the player he was last year, who despite leading the team (conference too, maybe?) in tackles was benched due to missed assignments and missed tackles. This year it seems he's very rarely in the wrong spot and has simply been playing at a very high level. All 3 of the LB's have been clutch...we needed all of them to be stalwarts this year (due to the inexperience/youth on the DL) and they've come through big time.
