B1G Predictions: Road to Indy

Sounds reasonable. I'm excited and apprehnsive to see exactly how this offense looks. Can't be worse than the last 4 or 5 games of last year.

But that ain't saying much.
Well the thing of it is, that record could be close to going to Indy, it might come down to Iowa/Nebraska game. But I would not count out Mich ST either. We have some good competition this year. People think of it as a down year, where I see it more of a small step back for the top teams, and a bigger step up by the middle. Overall the conf is pry stronger this year than last. When you have good things coming out of Penn, Ill, Wiskey, Neb, Iowa, Mich St. Almost all of those seem to think they have a real shot at Indy, should be some hard fought games this year.

Who in non-con?

Chattanooga is pretty much 1AA, Wyoming from what I've heard, is terrible. Fresno might be a decent game, but we get them in Lincoln, and Washington will get another 56 points hung on them.

Why don't you just aim for double digits against them this time?

Also don't understand the UM love. They were not a good team last year and now they have a new staff and new system to learn?
Well, they have talent, and maybe the new system will be more suited to that talent. I wouldn't underestimate them.

IMO Michigan & Illinois are the two toughest to predict in the B1G this season.

I could see either/both win 8-9 games but I could see either/both lose 7-8 games.

Yep, like I said the middle stepped up a bit this year, should be a good season of ball. I am having a tough time with Penn thou, seems that is just more hype than anything else. Mich and Ill could both be far better.
