I still don't get why ppl cheer for teams in their conference. I hate MSU. Screw them. I actually hope everyone in the b10 loses. Having b10 teams win doesn't make iowa any better.

Really ellen? You don't get why a conference team winning makes everybody look better? How old/young are you? Anytime the conference wins against a non/con team it makes us look better, Did you play sports.... ever?

Another weird post. Every win in bowl games makes the B10 look better to recruits and to fans. The bowl games down south might help a decent recruit who doesnt want to get buried on an SEC depth chart want to maybe come to Iowa.

ohio st are what seems to be the only major cheaters in the B10 so sometimes they get what they deserve but we need to have the B10 stay a power conference because of all future scheduling and playoff possibilities.

Yes, because a toilet bowl win by team A, will have 4 star recruits forgetting allllllll about team B's inept, 4-8 season and them pounding the door down to play for the Wrigleyman. You can't even make this level of stupidity up..........

If all it does is keep the people who are hell bent on tearing down the B1G brand quiet, and there are a lot of them, then it's worth cheering for conference teams.

We went 4-8. How does MSU winning make us any better?

People and their "my conference is better than your conference" attitudes make me laugh. And no, it doesn't help/hurt recruiting. OSU didn't lose any recruits because Minny lost.

Those are the people I laugh at. ISU fans melting down over a tcu loss. That's hilarious. "Our conference is too good that's why we suck!" Yeah, I want that attitude.
