B10 Tourney...Great Experience!!

We had another great B10 tourney experience. Shout out to all the great folks we met at this year's tournament...Ethan Sebert's dad/uncle (memory fails me on this one) and his dad/uncle's lawyer friend from college, Charlie Joseph and Joe Moore, Janssen's mom while waiting in line to buy a program, Steve the Hawkeye chiropractor, Scott the AF ROTC Hawk (Godspeed in your AF adventure) and his friends, my old hs buddy Kyle, Eric and his friends while venting as we walked to our cars after the 1 point loss, and Coach Pariano's brother and his 2 boys in the hotel lobby before heading home. Of course I can't forget Kwood...it was really nice to meet you, share lunch, and tell stories. Most importantly, had an awesome time with my daughter on our 2nd annual B10 roadtrip...she announced she wants to wrestle and become a Hawkeye

It wasn't a perfect weekend though. Here's my bottom 4 list:

4) March weather in Chicago--it was cold and windy
3) Chicago traffic--2.5 hours to get from south to north (should have been less than 30 minutes)
2) Garmin redirecting me around traffic jam...into the bowels of the city on lower Wacker
1) ...and number 1 (drum roll), losing to Penn State by 1 point

Too young for you Pin! Hahaha :)

AFhawk, you should have came up to press row and said hi to Tobini, AustinMNhawk, and I. We'll catch you next time.

She's definitely too young, Pin (she's 15).

Fulsaas - I wasn't sure if the general admission crowd was allowed down on the floor ;) We did venture down after the tourney ended, but I wasn't sure what you guys looked like and my daughter was ready to go get something to eat. Definitely next year though.
