Why does the Big Ten share its conference magazine with Norte Dame? Cant they get their own independants magazine. Is it just me or does anyone else think about that?

Iowa and MN have been sharing Athlon covers for a long time. The Big Ten has no say in what the covers are, who is on them, etc. It's a private business, and the photos used are done so with license.
the magazine is not out yet..all mags will be out in about two weeks. Phil Steele's date is June 8th, but I bet it will be on newstands a few days before..its one of my favorite days of the year.
