The old astroturf from the bubble is going to be sold this afternoon at 5 pm at sharpless auction Sharpless Auctions - Main I am going to stop in and see if I can get a roll to use as my carpet in my man cave.

Im surprised they can sell it. When they ripped the turf out of Kinnick they couldnt sell it or donate it. The part that makes me sick is the sections with the sweet Iowa helmets in the endzone are just sitting in the landfill. At the time anyone could have gone to the landfill and cut those parts of the turf with the helmets and took them home, or any part of the turf.

I bought 2 square feet of the old turf at the UNI Dome and cut it up to make coasters for my man cave.
