he's 5'6''

His play reminds me a lot of Pierre Jackson from Baylor. I don't like to judge based on height but 5'6" makes me uneasy. There are very, very, very few quality D1 players that small. His highlights look great, but I wonder if a 2 minute video could be made of him getting handled because he's too small?

You wouldn't love to have Pierre Jackson on our roster this year? Isaiah Thomas is killing it this year for the Sacramento Kings and was the man at Washington. If they can play then I don't care how short they are.

He scores big points in games and is highly rated on both rivals and ESPN rankings.

Also has committed to Seton Hall so Iowa shouldnt offer.

I would love to have Pierre Jackson, and I agree that how short they are can be over-looked if they can play. All I'm saying is that I'm hesistent to grade any player on one video and height DOES make a difference in basketball more than any other sport. It doesn't make all the difference, but it can be a deal breaker.

I agree with that. I definitely am not going bananas over a two minute clip.

craft would work this kid over. marble and bryce dribble too much without going anywhere. this kid makes them look like they are efficient with their dribble.

That's a neat tape. The kid is very quick with great handle. That being said, he's a one on one player. He would also have to defend B1G players. At 5'6" (probably less) there is little he could do defensively to stop anyone.
Streetballer. Positive we r not and should not b interested in him.

Most D1 guards would work over a 5'6 player and thats the problem.

If your talking about defense Craft and most others would not be able to stay infornt of him or strip him one on one, hes way too short and quick, but a guy that short is not going to be able to finish in the lane over guys a foot and half taller so he is still not going to be very effective overall.

I have to disagree with you on the dribbling. If a 5'6 guy picks up his dribble hes going to get trapped.

Great ball handlers can dribble a ton and be very effective.

The key is being able to blow by people, Marble and Cartwright can dribble a hundred times and still not be able to get around anyone.
