Scott Wolf does NOT respect Big 10 teams, so you are correct. He had Iowa #16 in his final poll. Scott Wolf may be an especially bitter voter this year since USC (his alma-mater) is on probation.

It looks more like he just picked teams out of a hat. There are a bunch of teams out of place, not just the Big 10.
