That's illegal? We used to run poker games out of our dorm room in Mayflower on 6 A-B.

Well technically, gambling in the dorms IS against University policy (I have no idea what the punishment is). And if he were running an underground casino in the sense that he's not playing, just keeping the money that students lost (and paying his dealers a little), THAT is illegal without a license.
