I'm a 49er fan and I saw on some bleacher report article that they might look into Clark for just that reason. They aren't in a hurry however because they drafted a kid that looks pretty good in McDonald. They also have now get this Marquis Gray from MN on the roster listed and working out as a TE along with Brent Celeks little brother. He is a long shot to make the roster much like Jewell Hampton. But they are both an injury away from pretty much being on it though. The Niners are hugging pretty close to the salary cap line so I don't think they'll go after Clark unless they have another injury. But if for some reason Davis gets hurt I bet Clark is their first phone call. I'm more surprised that NE hasn't offered him yet and that the Ravens opted for Shiancoe instead
