Another grad transfer?

Apparently, it sounds like a WR. Maybe a walk-on... Anything's possible if it's a walk-on, but doubt we would be bringing in another scholly transfer since they appear to still be over the limit as of now.
 
I thought KF was one of the last of the honorable football men who would not accept these transfers. If you want to play for Iowa, enroll there after high school. Don't leave your team after three years. I am disappointed that KF is bringing these kids in. Its like we're Kansas State now.

He's a grad transfer not a transfer just because he's not getting playing time. I think it makes a difference.

We have nothing in common with KSU. One school has a really old coach that just keeps hanging on. The other is in Kansas.

If it's legal, within NCAA rules, and helps Iowa win football games, eff Kirk Ferentz's honor.

You think Nick Saban or Urban Meyer wouldn't do the same thing?

Those guys didn't get their resumes by being Andy Griffith.
 
I can neither confirm nor deny I saw Derrick Willies riding a moped on Melrose. I am somewhat certain he motioned to me that he would be starting by midseason.

Lol, thats a good one. KF would welcome him back with open arms. All is forgiven, right? Or maybe not.

Somehow Willies does not strike me as the type that would graduate early. You never know. But regardless, I believe his bridges are pretty much burnt if he ever wanted to come back to Iowa.
