I would agree great fit for Pat Colts are a great organization and play similar def as Hawks as lots from LB so fits Pat perfect.

I am going to get blasted for saying this, but I thought the Colts reached a little bit on picking him in the 2nd round. He still would have been around later in the draft. From the info I read he was projected anywhere from the 3rd to 6th round by most so called experts.
Nevertheless, he was a Hawkeye and from my neck of the woods so I am happy for him. He is with a a great organization and will have every opportunity to succeed in the NFL.

They have a few guys who are EXTREMELY vocal, and not particularly bright (think like the basketball boards here). There's quite a lot of people who liked the pick.
Read some other posts around on Coltsfreaks.com. They think even Jerry Hughes sucks. That should tell you all you need to know about their intelligence. They're upset because the Colts are "drafting backups, not starters". Well, the Colts were in the Super Bowl last year, and they return almost every one of their starters. If it's not broke, don't fix it. They're drafting for the future.

Besides his body of work I can only assume that Pat killed the interview helping propel him higher in the draft. I would've loved to be a fly on the wall in that room.
