RS FR, what do you want to hear?
Haven't heard anything on him for awhile. Has anyone heard how he is doing? I didn't see him on the fall camp two deeps
Thanks Homer for some actual insite. Yea hadn't heard anything but knew coming in he had the intangibles (spelling?) with size and strenght. Riley Reiff started early and don't know why that was a dumb ? but anyways I thought maybe he would have made strides to be a back up. I guess we will see when the official season 2 deeps comeoutDonnal is still learning the position. I haven't really heard anything about Donnal for the better or worse. From the look and sound of things, my impression is that he's approaching things with the right attitude. We'll just have to see if he will end up asserting himself more when we have more perceived opportunities.
As I recall, Zusevics didn't do too much early in his career and that was largely because we were pretty set at OT between Calloway and Bulaga. What I recall hearing about Zusevics is that a "light bulb" went on for him once it was more readily apparent that he could be seeing more playing time. After that happened, it seems like he really took off ... and then continued to do so.
My guess is that Donnal is currently satisfied to just learn the position and improve for now ... because right now we seem to be okay at OT. However, my guess is that if we end up seeing both Zusevics and Reiff leave after the '11 season ... then we're going to see a bunch of young guys be all the more likely to have their lightbulb go on.

Speaking of Big Zus, I thought he was very impressive last year and love his mean streak. Anybody know his draft stock?

Looking at just the media day pictures. He looks like he needs a lot of shoulder work. Of course, some guys just aren't going to have that 'look' regardless of the time they put in the weight room, yet can really play but unlike some of the guys he doesn't look like has the muscular thickness to be a starter. For instance, Scherff looks the part. In this youtube video Scherff is #68, Donnal #78...think it says it all. springfinal 001‏ - YouTube
From what I have seen he is projected around the 5th or 6th round right now. If he has another great season, and a solid combine, that could easily bump up to the 3rd or the 4th.
I seem to recall someone telling me that Zeus was closer to 270 than the 295 he was listed at. Not that I'm worried about him this year but there isn't a huge market for NFL OT's that weigh in the 270's.
I think he answered that question already. He asked how he was doing. Reading is FUNDdamental.
