Andre Murphy and Steve McCarty-Marble?

Anyone know if one or both of these two plan to walk on this year? I think now with our lack of point guard depth we could definitely use these guys. Murphy is someone who I could see coming in for 5 minutes a game to spell Bryce and not be a detriment to the team.

I don't think either one would be a serviceable back-up pt guard. They are both too short ~5'8'' and they can't shoot.

The only thing Murphy brings is quickness.

I'm not saying he would have to come in and score. Just be able to bring the ball up the court and get it to his teammates in their spots. I think by bringing one of these guys on the team would give Fran less of a reason to waste Marbles development by playing him as a back up PG. Hopefully Fran can use some of his White Magic and find a PG contributor for this coming season late in the game. But I highly doubt it

I agree that I would rather have Murphy as a back-up PG than Marble.
