Amazing posts about the trip to the desert.

I for one just don't get all this nonsense about going to play in the desert. The ONLY factor from a physical standpoint is dehydration. The trainers have been taking care of this all week long. The temperature at game time will be in the low possibly upper 80's with under 20% humidity. Our last trip to the desert was Kirk's first, and he doesn't make the same mistake twice...ask GT our 2nd orange bowl opponent.

This game will be won by field position and turn overs, just like most games are. Our kicking game is one of the best in the country. Our defense is one of the best in the country, those two things make us a solid favorite. Throw in an offense that has 2 WR's that are capable of hurting you with underneath routes, deep routes, and blocking very well. A TE that is capable of quick hitters and seam routes. An offensive line that has looked solid. A senior QB that has been there and done it. Oh yeah a couple RB's that compliment themselves very well. A team that has went to the Horseshoe, and PSU for a white out...I like our chances.

I for one will be glad when this game is over. This is like the 30th thread talking about the same things lol. We go, we win, we come home. Then it's on to the next one.

Its still football, the field is still 100 yards, played with 11 guys.

The environment might be different, but it only affects you if you let it.

Road games are almost ALL mental IMHO.
