Either this year or next year Jordan Bohannon should break into this group.

General criteria was that they went to an Iowa high school and scored over 1500 career points.

4. 2004 Randy Kraayenbrink - UNI
5. 1993 Fred Hoiberg - Iowa St
6. 1847 Adam Haluska - Iowa/Iowa St
7. 1844 Marcus Paige - North Carolina
8. 1801 Kyle Korver - Creighton
9. 1754 Nate Funk - Cregihton
10 1753 Kirk Hinrich - Kansas
11 1733 Seth Tuttle - UNI
12 1635 Matt Gatens - Iowa
13 1611 Jess Settles - Iowa
14 1561 Dean Oliver - Iowa
15 1516 Greg Brunner - Iowa
16 1508 Peter Jok - Iowa
17 1502 Jeff Horner - Iowa
 
It seems like Iowa should have more than one player that has scored 2000 points, Roy Marble. This list, however, shows that it's not that easy to get to 2000, Iowa has only produced four players that went on to score 2000 in college.

And, sadly, none of them went to Iowa.

You also have to consider guys like Harrison Barnes that scored 1200 in just two years and Ricky Davis that would've scored 2000 most likely had they played four years. Being a first round pick isn't a bad trade off.
