All Iowa native Starting 5 for Hawkeyes ?

Didn't the 05-06 Iowa squad have an all Iowa starting 5? Can't remember where Erek Hansen was from I want to say Cedar Rapids, but I do not think that is right.

Erek Hansen was from Texas, however he did spend a year at Kirkwood JC in
Cedar Rapids.

Again, just pointing out that the HAWKEYES have a lot of IOWA natives, whereas Transfer U
relies on transient, transfers from who the he** knows.

Always good to have the best studs stay in state. Can't compete with Kansas or North Carolina when we hatch some blue bloods. (Roy Williams must have an apartment in West Des Moines) We seem to do better with the Tier 2 players. In the end it's about winning and getting the best talent. More talent being recruited from Europe which you see on rosters all over the country. Recruiting has gone global and people just need to wake up and accept that. Were not a Ma and Pa shop anymore, at least we shouldn't be if were going to compete and win nationally.
 
Knowing that Oglesby is graduating DOES make me very happy.
