Alford 10 year contract?

I was kind of snoozing but I thought i heard the sports guy on channel 13 say Alford got a 10 Year contract! Can that be true? Has anyone heard that Barta was sited in Nevada? That would be a perfect duo. Isnt nevada where they store the hazardous waste?
