Advice from DJK

Someone made a comment about the receivers being unreliable. His response:
" but they are young and raw. you have to throw them in the fire now. game experience not practice experience. bullets fly on saturday its a totally different feel. what do you expect 4 hot shot high school receivers to come in and have an immediate mcnutt impact. not at iowa. never at iowa."

Someone else asked about his relationship with KF:
it doesnt matter anymore. some things are mean't to stay behind the hawkeye walls. that's the problem with the world these days. everyone is a sell out and rat. there are unwritten rules about loyalty. yeah we didnt get along but i have respect for him. he coached me tressel didnt urban meyer didnt. kf did. plus i have friends some which i consider family that i would never expose. go hawks!

I agree, no way UNI can keep up with Iowa if they spread them out and air it out in a no huddle offense.

Some years this would be true...but not this year. UNI is probably better in terms of skill players this year - if anything we'd want to neutralize their advantage by bunching things up and grinding out yards.

Young and raw? Hey DJK, Shumpert, KMM and Davis were on the team the same time as you. Do you not remember that? 4 hot shot high school receivers? Jesus dude, get clean and come back to us.

DJK is going to be that guy that hangs around IC for the rest of his life just to try and hold on to some relevance...we are cursed now to forever dealing with this ego maniac.
