Addison Bjorn

You always had to figure KU would be a contender. Hen, Lawrence is much like a KC suburb so her family and friends could easily go to all the games.

Still, it's not Iowa City........

. . .and she played a lot of ball with recent Iowa 5-star signee McKenna Woliczko, so hopefully that will be the tie that binds Bjorn to Iowa!

@CP87 I don't want her to go to Texas. If she does that means we only have 1 commit for the 26 class.

Yeah, I was liking your effort to share the info, not the info you were sharing. I thought she and Wolizko (sp?) would have made us a likely final-4 team (when partnered with Deal, Wright, Rodriguez, Heiden, Hays, and Houston). I still like our future, but we are going to have to go for some plan-Bs for that '26 class.

If it is Texas I'd bet it came down to dollars. It's got to be hard to compete against the Longhorns when it comes to money, if they really want someone.

Oh well. If it's all about the $ then she's not a fit anyway. Probably woulda transferred out at some point had she came. Texas coach is old and decrepit looking. Iowa is still the type of program that is all about fit and if $ is indeed the # 1 thing for them then go chase that instead. Iowa is going to be fair but obviously they aren't going to be able to compete with the Top NIL schools. That's just how it's going to be.
