Agreed, NW and Ill have more upside than IU and Minny. Nonetheless, I'd love this alighment, including the prospect of playing NU in the last game every year. Devil's advocate perspective would be that our division would most likely have more top-to-bottom quality most years, but I actually prefer it that way.
