ACC into Sweet 16

3 Big Ten, 3 Big East, 1 SEC, 1 Big 12.... and now... 1 ACC.
The ACC does have two more teams playing today including the NCAA Tournament game I am most interested in today. Creighton vs UNC.
 


Huh? If you are talking about NC State you are early as they are only up 1 with 37 seconds left.
 








North Dakota must be in the future! With MSU coming up next.. I will have to type the first basket and check the time stamp with you all.
 




First bucket in the Michigan State vs. Saint Louis game was right now... Thornton scores 3-0 MSU. What is up with Rick Majerus? Seems to always lead teams into the tournament no matter where he coaches.
 


A few years ago when Kansas won the title, didn't they face a "murderers row" of 10+ seeds as well? I swear they got a gift bracket back then that on paper was crazy easy.

No doubt. He always had Utah in the 2nd round. He also had a 3 year run of something like sweet 16, elite 8 and NC game loser. Outside of some B2B champs or dynasty run over a 3-4 year period that's about as good as it gets in the big dance.
 


Majerus can flat out coach. His only problems are that he is to blunt, politically incorrect and has... ummm... a weight problem.

Otherwise would get get more respect.
 


When we hired Alford... many message board people wanted Majerus... I wonder how different that would have turned out?
