Obviously. According to the link in the OP he hasn't even visited the campus yet. By comparison he has visited Iowa five times.

True, I found that to be odd until I read his Twitter post. If Wisconsin really was his dream school then perhaps he's been to the campus enough times already that he didn't need a visit. Perhaps he grew up a Badgers fan.

Witt probably realized the depth at DE and may be an uphill battle. Well, he switched to a home state school, nothing new I guess.
