Aaron White is a very good player, capable of doing so much more than he's shown the last 2 games.
He went completely m.i.a. during the swoon last year. I was very excited for him to leave Dev's shadow and be "the man" this year. He talked the talk and, for the most part, walked the walk up until a few games ago.
He needs to understand he's THEE senior leader and must always be in that role. Unfortunately, he's one of the first to hang his head and silently fade out of sight at the first sign of adversity, especially when he misses a few.
He needs to understand that, even tho he's not the best player (that's Uthoff, by a mile) he is so important to this season's success, must step up to the responsibility and embrace the challenge of being a leader.
