The Iowa description makes it sound like he'd bump us up 1 or 2 spots if the renovations WERE completed.

I'd have to say Wisco is the biggest shocker, no?

Agreed. Makes me believe even more that Bert would seriously consider coming here after KF retires, if the interest is there from the University's side.

If Iowa's facilities can be right up there near OSU, MICH, PSU, and Nebby, I can't complain!

As long as they are ahead of Wisky.


I think the next few years for the hawks will be interesting, and really important, for KF's legacy. Go hawks.

I want to see how the Badgers are going forward now that Bert has had to replace a good chunk of his staff. Also want to see if they will ever recruit and develop a good QB again.

I would not be against Bert coming here in 5-6 years after KF hangs it up, if the Wisky program doesnt fall apart in that same time frame....and I honestly dont see that happening.
 
Chances of Bert making the move from Madison to Iowa City are slim. Not only is it an in-conference move (virtually unheard of) but the proximity and rivalry make it even more uncomfortable.

That having been said, if anybody would flip the proverbial bird and ignore protocol...it would be Bert.

I think it's much more likely Brian Ferentz is head coach in 10 years, than Bulimia.

It cannot be over emphasized how bad NW's stadium is. THEY HAVE PORT O POTTIES IN THE STADIUM! This school probably as a billion dollar endowment. The B10 powers that be need to kick these guys in the a$$. Its an emarassment to the whole conference.
 
I think that the rankings are suspect. They left out the fact that Penn State has a very unique feature, that being a top notch rape room/shower area. No other Big 10 school can claim that.

Most of us might hate the guy, but he's proven himself to be a good coach. He has had to replace 27 assistants since he took over after Alvarez. The level of players they recruit is about the same as Iowa, and their success at development is as good or better. The guy obviously knows what he's doing. I'm not sure I'd complain too much if he did somehow become the next coach. It's not too likely, though.

Definitely. I assumed they were at least middle of the pack. I almost can't believe Minny and Indy beat them out.

I agree that's bad, but the Big House has Port-O-potty's in their stadium as well. OK not actually inside the stadium since once you go down the tunnel from your seats you are outside the stadium but those are your only options if needing to use the bathroom.
