A quicker RB and we win

It's true. Coker is great, but a faster running back would have scored a TD on a couple of those runs.

Also, as I have said before, JVB still has not proven anything (other than the OSU which people have finally stopped talking about).

You do realize he stiff armed about 3 people to get out there right? A faster back wouldnt break those.

A quicker running back would have gotten us less yards rushing actually. Please rewatch the first half and tell me how many tackles any of our backups break. Then tell me how this back up running back would help the defense stop Minnesota in the 4th quarter. Or how he recovers the onside. Or how he actually utilizes a defense that stops a spread because we all know our scheme hasn't worked for years.

Our offensive scheme places so much pressure on players to execute in small windows. We never get athletes into open space. We absolutely cannot read/pick up blitzes. Our passes are down-field routs that require excellent protection.

Defensively we have bad players, and a scheme that refuses to do anything to interrupt an offense's rhythm. I really don't see any answers. We need impact DL to control the running game and get pressure. We don't have them, and I don't see any in the shoot. I'm really not sure where we go.

I've never really said anything about the coaching before today, but if you look at the stats, and see a running back gain 250+ yards on the ground, and then see that the team did 4 straight empty backfield from shotgun passes in the final drive, you've gotta start to believe that that is a coaching mistake. Ugh..

This may be the stupidest comment I've ever seen on this board, which is saying quite a bit.

Few RB in the country would have had that many YAC.

Coker is by far our best RB.
