I was still in my teens when they hired Hayden and I remember thinking who is this yahoo, lol, I always wished the best for Hayden’s predecessor but that guy really struggled. No one in their right mind envisioned that we would go from the bottom of the pack in the B1G to a rose bowl in just three years under Hayden.
