are underclassmen. If they all came back (not saying they are going to) would the Big 10 be the best conference next year?

so its not a given we will be better next year just because we return a lot of players huh?!
I have been saying this all season long...nobody listens. Our being young is one thing, but this conference is young and top 20 classes coming in with them...spells doom for the Hawkeyes.

I think a lot of fans are banking on guys like Manny Harris,Hummel,Battle,Moore,Johnson,Lucas ect...going pro.

I think in the end, Turner might be the only one that goes out early.

When you add killer recruiting classes by OSU,MSU and ILLini...forget catching them anyway.
Even Michigan is redshirting two forwards this year that could pick up for Sims leaving next year...
Iowa will be hardpressed to move out of the bottom tier ,I suspect.

Then we have nothing to worry about:

Our next recruiting class is excellent,
they will be underclassmen,
therefore they will be top scorers in the Big 10, too.

If we are sticking with Lick then you have to give him 2 more seasons to decide his fate and impact on the program. Having said that I'm not certain that he relates to kids very well. I think we've tried experiments from Indiana before neither have worked. What's the definition of insanity? (Doing the same thing over and over and expecting a different outcome).
