I like fewer 3-pt attempts. Limits the opportunities for other teams to run out. Also, the attacking allows Iowa to put the press on when they're scoring.

I believe Iowa was 6-22 at PSU and 5-9 today...I'll take 13 extra chances for a bucket at the rim anyday over 1 more make from 3. I also like that when they shot them they were effective. Hopefully that part of it can right itself in the future after a horrible season from beyond the arc this year.

Edit: By "in the future" I of course mean,"starting today and continuing throughout the end of time"...

Outside of McCabe's first two chucks of the game, it just baffles me sometimes the shots people take.

The good thing, they didn't keep shooting them and Iowa's starters played well and were on the floor the majority of the time.
