3 Wishes for 2011

1. The Hawks beat the living tar out of Northwestern - I can't stand losing to NW anymore - I want an old fashioned Hayden Fry butt whipin of the Cats - run it up if we can and then tell old Pat Fitz that we hope we didn't hurt any of his boys like Hayden used to do.
2. Hawks play in the initial Big 10 Championship game - I love the fact that the Hawks will once again be playing as an under the radar team and I think the final game against Nebraska will decide who plays as the "Legends" division rep in the Championship game.
3. Marcus Coker explodes onto the National Scene much like Shonn Greene did a couple years back - our O-line should be one of the best in the Big 10 and I think Coker can rip off a 1600 yard plus season and score 15+ TD's.

1)+1000. Kirk better keep his foot on the gas. I would like to think his pregame speech for this game will peel the paint off the walls in the Hawkeyes locker room. Show little Patty Fitz that Iowa has returned to being the bullies of the Big 10.
2) The Saturday after Thanksgiving win will catapult Iowa into the first Big 10 Championship game. Hope Bo Pelina blows a head gasket
3) Coker and Vandy combine to run an Iowa offense that reminds us of some of the fry era teams that scored 30+ per game.

1. More players on Mopeds so that we see some great new talent that will be starting by midseason.

2. Beat Nebraska right into their corn hole.

2. Beat NU, because losing to them is getting real old.

Oh and Iowa return return to a BCS bowl game and at least reach the NCAA tourney.
