How the heck a director of basketball operations could be billed as doing a 'fine job' after the last three years is absolutely beyond me.

And that's supposed to make me feel better about the last 3 years? Not to mentioned the Alford years with the unrealized potential and numerous problem players.

I say again, anyone with the title 'director of basketball operations' over these last 3 years needs to go. As clean a break as they can make from those years, the better.
