In most years, it seems like the last guy (or nearly) to commit comes from the state of Iowa. Brandon Meyers, Allen Reisner, Jake Reisen, Mike Elgin, Tanner Miller. Then some posters complain about a wasted scholie and next thing you know they are All B10!
