The link goes to a mock draft. It looks a lot like an NMA draft, lots of international players. The #2 pick is a 6'6" center from France. The Fever might take a 19 year old Russian who may not even be able to play with the W yet. And Lucy is in it.

The draft is tomorrow, April 14, at 6:30 PM on ESPN.

Good for Lucy. She didn't shoot very well in camp but we all saw enough of her game to know that will come around.

4 Hawks now on W rosters, that has to be good for recruiting.

The Mystics #1 pick in the draft is out for the year with an ACL. This is Lucy's window of opportunity to make the WNBA long term.

I expect her jersey sales to be high just like Kate Martin's. The chance that you might sell a lot of jersey's has got to help if you are battling for that last spot on the team.

In her debut regular season game, Lucy played 8 minutes, scored 2 points on 1--1 shooting and has an assist. in a Myustics win. Not a bad way to start your W career.

That's even better than Haley Van Lith in her WNBA debut. Haley only got to play the last 5 minutes of her game that the Chicago Sky lost by 30+ points. She did do well in garbage time though.
