2015!

I was bored this morning, looked at the divisional alignments, the scheduling for the next two seasons and protected rivalries. All of a sudden, I realized Iowa might not play Wisconsin again until 2015.

Iowa does not play Illinois, Ohio State and Wisconsin for the next two seasons. For the following two year scheduling cycle, Iowa will drop Indiana and Penn State and pick up two of the three. If Illinois is not picked up, it means that Iowa will go from 2008 to 2015 without playing Illinois. Unless, the Big Ten goes to a nine game conference schedule, Iowa will not play either Illinois, Ohio State or Wisconsin until 2015. Yet, Iowa will play its great rival Purdue every year

Since they haven't played Illinois for 4 years when this rotation is done I fully expect Illinois to be of the two picked up, and I think both Wisconsin and Iowa will somehow push to try and get this picked up as well, I think this year is the last time we play OSU until 2015.

You mean we don't play Ohio St in the regular season until 2015, right? I'm pretty sure we'll have an annual B10 title game meeting with them.

Not true. I anticipate playing tOSU at least twice in the championship game between now and 2015.:D
