2011 College Gameday IC

Assuming, rather "hoping" that Iowa stays undefeated through at least their first six games, and Wisky does the same, could we possibly see Corso n' friends in IC on 10/23?? Obviously it would be much more thrilling to see it for the tOSU matchup, but is it possible?? I have a feeling we will see them come to town at some point this season...

Agreed, there is a chance that Iowa vs OSU could end up being #1 vs #2 in the country.

I agree with Natty. Gameday is a big deal and I'd hate to see them come to Iowa City with anything less than the Big Ten Title on the line.
I think the sweetness of the victory over OSU and the Big Ten title coupled with Gameday, Wow what could be better? (other than a National Title).

But seriously, Wisconsin plays tOSU the weekend before they come to Iowa. If they beat them, it's likely that they're the only two undefeated teams in the B10..

Other 10/23 match ups (just a couple that jumped out)
North Carolina at Miami
Notre Dame at Navy is that week but that's a neutral site game.
LSU at Auburn
Alabama at Tennessee

Gameday is a real possibility 10/23- unless one or two teams jump out of the gate and are having a crazy good season up to this point, there's not a lot of other games that really have a better shot.

i actually heard that gameday was going to be at every iowa game this fall. home or away, doesn't matter apparently.
