I believe the Big Ten schedule would normally be done by now, but with the addition of Nebraska, that delays the process this year.
The non-conference schedule does not usually come out until late summer- July/August.

OK. I'm guessing that basketball doesn't schedule OOC games as far in advance as football, is that correct?

Correct. The only three for sure non-conference game are the 3 in-state games.
I guess there is also the B10-ACC Challenge game too.

You won't see any schedule until the Big Ten decides how to incorporate Nebraska. Are they going to stick to an 18 game conference schedule or drop to sixteen games? Who knows? There haven't even been amy rumors.
Probably won't know until the AD's & coaches meet during the Big Ten tournament or at the Final Four.
