2 Things: Win and root against Baylor

I think we would still get in if it came down to undefeated Iowa and a 1 loss Notre Dame team but as long as we win and Baylor loses that scenario shouldn't come into play.

No way an undefeated Okie state team gets picked over the Hawks. We would have had 2 road wins over top 25 teams and a win on a neutral field over a top 10 team. Okie St will have no quality road wins and have played one less a game.

Am I wrong?

I agree with Jon on Baylor... I think the Sooners are going to take them behind the woodshed this weekend.
 
Even if it isn't this weekend... They have 3 tough games in a row so I agree they won't run the gauntlet but as it stands today, still need to root against them.

I was actually much more concerned about TCU prior to last weekend because had they gotten past Okie St their schedule was much easier than Baylor and their head to head was a home game.
 
Yep, I think Oklahoma wins the Big12, and would never, ever make the playoffs with that loss to a pathetic Texas team.

Yep... There's an unwritten rule that if you lose to a team that got shut out to Iowa State... Automatically Out!!
 
I root against Baylor regardless. A number of years ago I was officiating an offseason basketball event in Houston. The guy in charge of refs had a stack of Baylor shirts Scott Drew had given him. I declined the offer. Everyone around here talks about Baylor UT A+M. Someone asked me who I pull for around here(live in Houston). Answer is same the Hawkeyes.
