Is the Iowa section the upper deck in the end zone? We were at the game 2yrs ago, and had a decent time. The tailgate in Lincoln is lame sauce, but the overall experience is decent. The wife and I are thinking of going to Lincoln again this year.

It is. Four of us are still going. The tailgating is definitely not all that great, which surprised me..I have heard it's more of a "bar scene" though, too.

My sister lived there for a little while and said the bars are fun on game days. Thankfully she's not dum dum and repped with Iowa gear.

We found a tailgate spot about 10 minute walk from the stadium (by an Indian Center and the river) that was a pretty decent tailgate spot. Great mix of Husker/Hawk fans, people grilling, drinking, tossing bags, etc. and not having to drink out of a red solo cup.
