#17 Iowa at #13 Maryland Game Thread

It's not really surprising. Bluder has shown that she is a good coach unless she's playing against a better team. She can never seem to get the team to be competitive in those games.

I don't think that this fits this game. It's pretty tuff to try and play against a highly ranked team when you are missing 2 starters. The starting point guard and our three point shooter. What actually killed us was the hot shooting of Maryland and the turnovers. When you only have 7 players it makes it pretty hard. The Hawks played awful against the press and I hoped they learned from it. Hopefully Mac will be back in a couple of weeks to help out.
