For various reasons I have not been able to watch as much Iowa hoops on TV this season as I would like (or was able to do years ago when we lived in state). Have the TV cameras shown Margaret this year? I'd like to see her in action.
I can't comment on that, as I have a season ticket to the home games and have not been able to watch them the other games.
Still....she DOES get into the game. She does not sit courtside. Her seat is on the opposite side of the players' bench, in the last row of the first section behind the courtside chairs (about six rows), right in front of the yellow railing. Her seat is directly on the half court line.
O'Rear embraces what John Chaney called the goon player on the court.
