12:30 Iowa vs Morgan State at the Puerto Rico Challenge

The starters got to get some rest, and Kathleen Doyle got to get in to help warm that ankle up for the next 2 days. Having a big win on the first day is just right.
 
Kathleen is back! She tweaked her ankle a little but walked it off. Megan taking 8-10 foot shots is a welcome site. Chase had a nice game along with Carly. Will have to wait on the stats but Hannah's stats should be impressive. All the Hawks ran the floor well. That's the best I've seen them push the ball up the floor. Quite the team effort today.
 
21 TO's......that's the worst of the year. 10 missed free throws isn't the norm. Now they finally hit the boards and out rebounded them 49-22. Hannah scored 13 points with 7 boards in 18 minutes. That second quarter she was fantastic. Our guards are like lighting and can take to the basket or shoot the threes. Would love to see more of the fast pace. The starting five and then the next five are going to be very hard to deal with for an entire game. They are coming together and I hope it continues.
