I looked at Scout's database 2002-11 for state of Iowa:
Total 120 BCS players committed to BCS school. High 21 in 2003. Low of 8 in 2011 and 2006. Ave of 12.
Iowa took 47 of these kids and ISU 52 for total of 99 staying in state or 83%. I know not all of them were offered scholarships as I saw some walk-ons.
