    What happens if....

one of the committees stated criteria, near the top of the list is championships won. ND = 0 so they need help if ACC/B10/B12 all have an undefeated plus 1-loss SEC team is a lock. ND and Pac-12 out with 1-loss. ND and Stanford play so one of them is eliminated. Utah could win Pac.

Last time we were rated this high?

up 10-0 on NW, naked boot by Stanzi in endz one, Wooten destroys his leg forces fumble recovered for TD. Just like that 10-7 and dream of 10-and-O record down the toilet.

What has been the signature moment this fall?

Some of those roll out passes and scramble by CJB, especially throwing across his body. One to TS for TD vs ISU was amazing. 3 and a mile vs Maryland I think to J-Smith (his first as starter) for first down. 3rd and 10 vs IU throw across his body to Vande for 11.

What has been the signature moment this fall?

Nate Meier blowing up Wisky center to force fumble on 1 yd line, recovered by Faith. Oh and the previous play where the Hawks gang tackled Wisky RB to keep him short of goal .

Sleepy Memorial Stadium - hoping for huge Hawkeye fan showing

From the Gazette: Sleepy Memorial Stadium — Indiana has a really nice football stadium. It just doesn’t generate a tenth of the electricity that IU basketball does in Assembly Hall. That probably goes without saying. This is the kind of atmosphere, however, that can lull a team to sleep...

    Important Thread: Corn Corners

I've always wondered why there isn't landscaping of some sort in there, just weeds or whatever it is. Corn would be cool, not sure viable, by cool just the same!

Regardless of rank, are we going into a place that we shouldn't be this year?

Poor scheduling? We don't make the B1G schedule and we played 2 Power 5(BCS) teams in non-conference which very few other Power 5 school do. One of those happens to be ranked #23 this week with only loss to Iowa. We won at two ranked teams (WI and NW) who are both still receiving votes in both...

Akrum Wadley's running style....remind you of anyone?

I don't recall if Albert Young was drafted but he played for Vikings for maybe 3 seasons. Ladell Betts was drafted and played several seasons in NFL, but only played for KF 1-2 years IIRC your point is valid though as Iowa has not had many RBs to NFL especially compared to Wisc

Akrum Wadley's running style....remind you of anyone?

Daniels had 123 yards rushing in his first career start then the next week versus Iowa State he had around 55 yards early in the first half before going down basically for the season. Not a real big sample size. I do agree he's not as dynamic as Wadley and certainly not as fast as Canzeri but...

Akrum Wadley's running style....remind you of anyone?

I was thinking Sedrick Shaw with less power but both have quick feet in the hole and vision, but yeah one game is a little too small sample to really tell

    Canzieri on KF

I think we'll look back on KF era with great fondness and respect not only with what he accomplished on the field but off in building good men, read the Seth Olson story lots of great guys have come through. Also he was instrumental in getting the football complex
