Does Iowa have many wrestling donors that can make a difference and where do we stand with the NIL budget comparable to PSU? Are we as far away as we are on the mat?

The thing I like most about JuJu other than her game is her character. When reporters or announcers talk to her about how she compares to Clark or Paige or anyone else for that matter, she deflects and has nothing but praise for those that came before her. Just like Caitlin has always done.

Not sure that hire would move the needle much. He's around 60 and hasn't taken Wake Forest to the dance in the 5 or 6 years he's been there. I think we need a younger coach with strong recruiting ties or former player who really cares about Iowa.

Fran's youngest is a senior, so he's gone after the season. No reason to stick around Iowa City and he can move to Indy to be with all his boys.

Absolutely agree. I've always disliked the Irish, but love seeing Franklin get beat. Freeman is a very likeable head coach and my opinion of the Irish has softened because of him.
