    BOO-HOO Deace

I listened to about half of it then just lost interest. Kinda sucks when you're looking forward to a particular podcast that is usually good right after the conference championship games and that's what you get. I know it's free and all but it was still disappointing when I sat down to listen...

Did you see CJ's hamstring pads? and his armor

there's no doubt he's banged up. He even appeared to be gimpy walking off the field early in the Nebby game.

Will Mitchell/Wadley next yr be like Daniels/Wadley this year?

I'd like to see what Toren Young can bring to the table. That kid was lighting it up in high school his senior year getting like 200 yards in the first half. He has the size to compliment Wadley. Toks got the garbage time carries so the coaches must like him but I've been curious to see Young...

    ND - Positives

I don't know how people don't see a ton of positives. I know it's frustrating to lose, but like others have already said in this thread. They lose a huge piece to this team in Tyler Cook, Jok shoots horribly and just has an overall poor game and the team played competitively on the road...

    Deace's Meltdown

I heard Rich Eisen crying about this as well on the Dan Patrick show. He even went as far as to say the bad calls started in the Iowa game:rolleyes: I'd tell Rich that maybe if your team rushes for over 100 yards and doesn't let one player dominate you it wouldn't come down to what he...

    Deace's Meltdown

2nd Team? That is odd since I'm pretty sure he's the only B1G linebacker who finished in the top 5 finalists for the Butkus award.... Yep, found it..... On Monday, it was announced that Jewell was one of five finalists for the prestigious Butkus Award, given to the nation's top college...

    Moss.....

I loved Moss's intensity and confidence. He even got back on defense and was hustling on both ends. He's going to be an important player for this team in years to come. The entire team did show improvement in playing team defense. Have a ways to go but I thought they took a step forward...

Steve Sipple outraged at losing to "ordinary" Iowa

Sipple makes it sound like nobody in Nebraska could see this coming. Meanwhile Vegas had Iowa opening as a 3 point favorite against a team the AP poll had ranked 16th in the country. Not often you see an unranked team favored over a top 20 team. As soon as I could see Tommy was limited and...

    2nd place West - Correct?

It's not first place like I wanted at beginning of season, but it's one heck of a turnaround I didn't see coming to end the year. If Hawks get any kind of tie for first I won't buy the t-shirt but I'll definitely use it as smack talk to my Husker and Clown coworkers;) Also, shouldn't the Hawks...

    King's Antics

When he's hurting the team it's not competitive fire anymore and King even acknowledged that. I do think he went a tad too far a few times but I would rather have that than the King from last week @PSU.

    Greg Davis Still Sucks

Greg did take a shot downfield on the previous possession. A possession that looked likely like Iowa's last. Play was there but was a complete train wreck in execution as were most of the pass play calls all night. Hawks were extremely fortunate to get one more shot at it and Kirk actually...

    Chevin Calloway

Wow, I thought they did. Although it did sound like Calloway would of liked to of talked to his position coach specifically. I know there's not a lot of time during the season but maybe stay on top of the hand full of 4 star recruits they do have. That's only a few phone calls a week that...

    Chevin Calloway

His dad could probably provide a confirmation

    Chevin Calloway

It is dumb. They needed to try and repair the relationship rather than just move on. The kid committed to Iowa so he obviously did want to come. It's a scary decision for a kid and it's the coach's jobs to keep making that kid feel like he made the right choice.

ISU is currently ahead of us

I don't think the future of the Big 12 is the point he's making. It's that Campbell is at least on par or close to Iowa in recruiting at present time with a **** program to sell to recruits. They never go to bowl games, plus the uniforms are just atrocious:confused: The fact that Campbell is...

    Chevin Calloway

Chevin is gone, they pulled his scholly. He was basically already gone prior to Eno's departure when listening to Kakert and others. The coaches seemed to know that. This is just my assumption, but I think Eno was probably 50/50 especially when you see that he visited two schools when he knew...

HN TV: KF on FG Down 8, Recruiting Policy

Kirk's explanation on the FG is....whatever. It does basically come down to two scenarios. Personally, I would of went the other route, but neither scenario had a very high likelihood of success. Listening to Greg's video...however was quite mind numbing. Talk about being stubborn and not...

The 'clones = Rodney Dangerfield's step children

Now think how bad it could of been had they not had Lazard doing what he does. What a talent that kid is just wasting away at a losing program.

ISU's Best OL Out With A Broken Leg?

Chris Williams just told me he was falling behind on the depth chart and wasn't going to play much this season anyways, so shouldn't affect season that much.....o_O
