Probably the best choice for him to go pro. Wasnt going to up his stock much by staying another year. Good chioce too by McNutt and Prater. They can use another year and really move up the boards.

Champaign-Urbana is the worst "big-time" college town that I have ever been to and I have been to a lot. What a horrible place to spend 4 years. I would rather do time in Leavenworth than go to school there.

I agree with above. The best city would be Chicago but it is an outdoor stadium. The title game isnt just about the game but it is a tough sell to a family when it is 5 degrees out in mid December.

Payne is a nice back up PG and should get minutes, but BC should be getting the starting minutes just on quickness on defense alone.

maybe we should watch the tape from this last weekend to see what a fast tough QB can do to a defense. I am still not sold that we need to move him, but we know our coaching staff wont change their offense style so...

I think they plan to change them but NIKE wasnt ready with the quick turn around so it may be mid-season or next year.

Like many said...dont stick around too long, but dont be afraid to take your fam down there. I would hit Airliner (american), Saloon (SW mex), or Paglias(pizza joint) if I was taking a family down. I am sure you will encounter some FAC drunks though on a football friday.
