Every year we see a lot of posts like this before the first game and a lot of years we have a pass on the first play. I'll take a nice solid run with our OL blowing them off the ball and setting the tone early.

Disagree. When he was healthy our offense performed much better overall than when he wasn't on the field. I might not say great, but much better than "serviceable at best".

Agreed. I know we are young and have some huge question marks...but our program is so much better than Indiana, Minnesota, ISU, NW...even in our down years we shouldn't be EXPECTING losses against those teams. That is what is truly frustrating.

8-4 isn't even beating every team we are better than. It really sucks that our fanbase has come to expect losses to inferior competition...I hope that KF has fixed that.

Beating Neb/Mich and losing to the other three would just make me ****** off...and raise serious concerns about the need for KF to change something even more drastically than new coordinators.

There are more criminal proceedings that need to continue to play out in this case. The criminal side of this needs to be addressed long before the athletic side.

If you don't take my quote out of context, no they don't. Recruiting disadvantages have nothing to do with the coaches performance and decision making... Agreed JH. The room for error is smaller at Iowa, making it even more important that losing games each year by being out coached has to end.
